- Enter up to two loans for each investment property
- Loan payments calculated on either an interest only or amortization basis
- Ten year cash flow projection
- Realistic first year cash flow calculation based on existing vacancy factor, expected pace of leasing activity and increased leasing commissions during the first year
- Calculate profit after sale using all expenses incurred at purchase (cost basis), sales closing costs, commissions and anticipated appreciation
- Full cash-on-cash based on after sale profit and rental cash flow for the duration of ownership to get a full profit picture
