Omaha Apartment Investors is a gathering place for investors looking to invest in multi-family apartment real estate in the greater Omaha metropolitan area. Unlike other groups, our main focus is not to simply discuss the pros, cons or how to's of apartment investing, but rather to focus on bringing existing real estate deals to fruition. Anyone with an interest in investing in Omaha is welcome to join, participate and attend meetings, and questions are welcome. The main discussion points will be about real deals that apartment investors have on the table.
