We are not registered real estate brokers or agents. The company was started in 2003 as an investment vehicle for the purchase of apartment buildings, and built a $2,000,000 portfolio in under 2 years. The company currently has commercial and residential holdings in California, Nebraska, South Carolina and North Carolina, and is actively looking to add to its portfolio of superior cash flowing investments.
